A standard action-packed Hollywood war movie. It's interesting that we get to know a lot of characters, but just short impressions, almost documentary like. I wondered if it's intentional and Ridley Scott wants us to peek behind the curtain of American heroism and patriotism, or is it just my European viewpont?
